  • Bank Details: For COD order refunds, bank details may be collected to process refunds via bank transfer, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

You must provide accurate, complete, and valid information, including prescriptions from licensed medical professionals.
1.2 Sensitive Personal Information
Health-related data (prescriptions, medical conditions, diagnostic reports) is sensitive under the DPDP Act. We collect this data only with your explicit consent, obtained via a checkbox during order placement, and use it for order fulfillment and analytics.

  • Marketing Partners: Name, phone number, or email with Google Ads for targeted advertising, only with your consent.

  • Affiliates: Our subsidiaries, who adhere to this Privacy Policy.

  • Business Transfers: In mergers or acquisitions, with safeguards to protect data.

  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, such as under court orders or regulatory audits, we may share data with authorities.

We do not sell your personal information. We are not liable for third-party data practices, including tie-up pharmacies, Google Ads, or Wix hosting, and you engage with such third parties at your own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and valid information, including prescriptions.

  • Confirming you are 18 or older during order placement, per our Terms and Conditions, via a checkbox acknowledgment.

  • Collecting orders from tie-up pharmacies for non-local deliveries.

  • Complying with local laws for pharmaceutical purchases.

  • Providing accurate bank details for COD order refunds, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. We are not liable for delays or errors in refund processing due to incomplete or incorrect bank details provided by you.

  • Acknowledging that shipping charges, based on weight and distance, will be communicated by our team before dispatch, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for agreeing to these charges to proceed with the order.

5. Data Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission and train staff on DPDP Act compliance. Our Site is hosted on Wix, subject to Wix’s security measures, which may include access controls and regular audits. No system is entirely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk. We are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users via a notice on the Site within 72 hours of discovery, as required by the DPDP Act. We will also report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India and take steps to mitigate harm.

We retain all personal information for 3 years to support order fulfillment, analytics, and compliance. Data is deleted thereafter, with no anonymization or backups maintained, unless required by law.
9. Minors’ Privacy
Our Services are restricted to users aged 18 or older, as confirmed in our Terms and Conditions via a mandatory checkbox during order placement. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor’s data is identified, we prevent order placement and delete the data immediately. Use the Contact Us form to report minor data concerns.

  • Deletion: Request data removal, subject to our 3-year retention policy.
